About:
USA born Mary Crenshaw lives and works in Milan, Italy. Her large abstract oil on canvas paintings look to the European migrant crisis as subject matter. It was Crenshaw’s first-hand experience of obtaining Italian citizenship and coming into contact with less fortunate asylum-seekers that inspired her to address expatriation.
